About Trippel Survey
and Research, LLC

The primary business of Trippel Survey and Research LLC is conducting customer satisfaction surveys for relocation professionals; either companies relocating employees or the service firms providing services to the relocating employees. Corporate clients' benefit from receiving unbiased, comprehensive and objective comments and quantitative scores from transferred employees, and benefit from having an outside source complement the internal survey processes the client uses. Trippel uses voice or email technology to obtain transferee survey responses, and uses web-based surveys over the Internet.

In 1994, Alan Trippel, CRP, was asked by a relocation manager for a New Jersey pharmaceutical company to conduct a large sampling of transferees from different companies. This relocation professional needed to obtain comparative service ratings for various service providers. Every year since then Trippel solicits corporate participation in the 'Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey'. Relocation managers at companies submit names of recently transferred employees. Trippel calls or builds unique websites for each participating company asking standard question for each service firm used. In early July Trippel Survey & Research publishes the comprehensive report comparing the major competitors’ performance as viewed by thousands of transferred employees.

Recently, Trippel added a new set of web-based surveys called the Relocation Managers' Surveys. These surveys, conducted four times each year, gather the evaluations and opinions of corporate relocation managers on the performance of the service suppliers. Over 200 relocation managers’ participate and the results are published in comprehensive reports portraying the strongest and weakest service firms in many supporting industries.

Trippel Survey performs various forms of research for companies and complete support on supplier selection and RFP creation and review. Trippel Survey and Research LLC helps you identify the best suppliers for your relocation needs.
