RELOCATION MANAGERS' SURVEYS RESULTS

Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, conducted four corporate sponsored surveys in 2009, with the most recent being in the fall of 2009.

In the fall 2009, Trippel Survey & Research conducted the 8th annual Relocation Managers’ Survey on the performance of the relocation management service firms. Based on the evaluations of 340 corporate relocation managers Altair Global Relocation, with 51 clients participating, earned the highest ratings among all service firms with five or more submitted evaluations. Primacy earned the second highest set of combined ratings, based on 41 corporate clients participating.

In February, 2010, the eighth annual web-survey of relocation managers on the Household Goods (HHG) industry took place. Based on the results of 255 corporate relocation managers, many different carriers earned distinction for noteworthy success based on different attributes. Although 13 firms were ranked on nearly one dozen attributes, two firms distinguished themselves in the opinions of the corporate relocation managers: Budd Van Lines and United Van Lines.

In May 2009, Trippel Survey and Research LLC conducted the fourth annual corporate relocation managers' survey on the mortgage, spouse-family, and temporary living industries. The results from 137 participating managers indicate the following firms earned high satisfaction scores:

  • Sirva Mortgage, Wells Fargo Home Loan, and PHH Mortgage - national mortgage providers

  • Vandover and Sally White & Associates - national spouse-family providers

  • Oakwood Worldwide - national temporary housing providers

In March 2009, three companies sponsored the third annual survey on corporate relocation manager satisfaction with various international service suppliers in five service categories: relocation service providers, language training, cross cultural training, immigration and visa service, household goods shipment & storage. The survey included both performance and short- and long-term policy benchmarks. The results of this survey, participated in by 154 corporate managers, indicate these firms generate special recognition: Cartus and Prudential.
